Lorcán Black is an Irish writer, now living in London – where he has been unleashed upon the unwitting and unready population on many a Friday night, but they’ve gotten used to it. That, or they’re all being very polite about it.
His work has been published in The Stinging Fly, Fjord’s Review, Chiron Review, Assaracus & Apogee Journal, amongst various others.
He makes friends with everybody and anybody and much to the consternation of many an ex, often has, because like most Irishmen he can talk the holy head off himself from morning ’til night.
He is a Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominee. His first poetry collection, Rituals, is forthcoming in 2018 from April Gloaming Publishing. He is Editor in Chief of Anomaly Literary Journal. He’s addicted to Haribo Gummy Bears. Especially the green ones.
Lorcán takes time out of his own writing, his career and running the magazine to offer critical evaluation and advice on writer’s work. You can find out more about that here.
